Several impressive performances sent players rocketing up draft boards. However, one player that did not work out, may have risen the most. Former Oklahoma star Kyler Murray showed up to the combine to be measured, but did not work out for scouts.Murray chose not to throw or run, but still saw his stock rise. After the stood over 5-foot-10, that’s all scouts needed to see from the two-sport star.Although he didn’t display his skills at the combine, Murray is now the co-favorite to go No. 1 overall.According to odds released by one sportsbook, Murray and Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa are the favorites to be the No. 1 pick.Odds To Be #1 Draft PickNick Bosa + 110Kyler Murray +110Quinnen Williams +450Josh Allen +1200Dwayne Haskins +1400Drew Lock +4000Rashan Gary +6000(Source: @FDSportsbook)— Darren Rovell (@darrenrovell) March 5, 2019The Arizona Cardinals – who hold the No. 1 pick – have been tied to Kyler Murray since the close of the 2018 NFL season.Although the team drafted Josh Rosen with the No. 10 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft, new head coach Kliff Kingsbury could choose to draft his own quarterback rather than ride with the guy a previous regime brought in.The draft kicks off on April 25.
